KV Tooling Systems employs the use of our (2) 1995 ANCA TG-4 CNC tool and cutter grinders to accurately reproduce the geometry of the cutting tool.
Step 1: Tools are digitized using the built in Mitutoyo contact probe.
Step 2: All relief angles, stock removal requirements, cutting lengths, and special cutting geometries are entered into the graphic menus.
Step 3: The ANCA TG4 automatically grinds the tool to completion in one setup.
Step 4: Your tool is inspected using our 14" Deltronic optical comparator, deburred, cleaned, dip sealed for protection, and packaged for delivery.

–  2 and 3 flute drills and spot drills both hss and carbide

–  2 through 10 flute end mills, and roughers straight and tapered
–  Key cutters
–  Straight and stagger tooth milling cutters and saws up to 8" dia

–  Corner rounding tools
–  Single point lathe tools to special forms
–  Counter sinks and counter bores

Modifying of tools:
–  Including special radii, tapers, conical with radius, chamfers, reliefs and special forms
–  We can also manufacture end mills as well as special custom cutters from blanks up to 1/2" dia
